Speed to lead

Every lead answered in under a minute.

A text, an email and a call back inside 60 seconds, written off what the person actually typed.

A quote form submitted at 2:14:06 PM about an air conditioner blowing warm, and the reply text message delivered 38 seconds later referencing that exact problem and offering two appointment windows.

Your leads are fine. Nobody gets back to them fast enough.

A homeowner types "water coming through the ceiling" at 9pm. It sits in an inbox until morning. By then they have already called two other companies, and you paid for that lead twice. Once to get it, again by losing it.

What I build

Seven things, and the first one matters most.

Speed to lead

A form fill gets a text, an email and a call back inside 60 seconds, written off the sentence they actually wrote. Not "thanks for your inquiry."

Form in 2:14:06 · reply out 2:14:44

Cold email

Written per prospect, not blasted at a list.

Lead lists

Scraped and cleaned in the first place, so you are not chasing dead numbers.

Follow up

Keeps chasing a quote until it gets an answer either way.

Newsletters

Personalized copy instead of one send to everyone.

AI video creative

Ad and organic creative made without a shoot day.

Dashboards

Collection and tracking, so you can see all of it in one place.

Fill this out and watch what happens.

This is not a contact form pretending to be a demo. It is the live system. Submit it with a real number and you will get the same reply a customer gets.

  1. You submit. It lands in the inbox in about four seconds.
  2. It reads the sentence you wrote, not just your name.
  3. Your phone rings or buzzes inside a minute.

Use a real phone number or nothing happens. I do not sell, share or add you to anything.

Sent. Watch your phone.

If it takes longer than a minute, that is worth knowing too. Tell me and I will show you the log.

I sold door to door before I built any of this.

I knocked doors for impact windows in Southwest Florida, then ran marketing inside a $10M roofing company. The phone always got answered there. The website form did not, and that is where the money was leaking.

So that gap is the only thing I work on now. Home services, real estate, recruitment, creative agencies and SaaS teams, built in n8n, Make, GoHighLevel, Python and Claude Code.
